BCU is an enduring alliance of public, private and community leaders, guiding the nation’s first and most successful base conversion into Michigan’s largest modern industrial park - the 3,000-acre Fort Custer Industrial Park. Battle Creek Unlimited also markets the Central Business District. It has been said that the signature of a community is the condition of its central business district. Downtown Battle Creek now emerges as the major service corridor of the community.
